From the South

•   Take Junction 60 off the A1M, turn left onto the A689.
•   At the first roundabout turn right onto the A167. Follow this road all of the way to Croxdale Bridge.
•   Turn left onto the B6300 Continue up the bank until you reach a T-junction, with a "Total" garage & fish shop ahead of you.
•   At the T-junction turn left onto the A690.  Drive through Meadowfield for 1 mile when you will see a "Keep Left" sign in the middle of     the road.
•   Take a sharp left (there is a sign with B&B, Hollywell, East Park and Nafferton)
•   Continue down the lane and turn left between 2 Oak trees where there is another B&B sign.

From the North

•    Junction 62 off A1M
•   Onto A 690 stay on A 690 All the way to farm
•   Nevills Cross Traffic Lights Straight Over,mini roundabout Straight over,Under Railway bridge[Langley Moor]
•   Drive Through Maedowfield for 1 mile when you see a "Keep Left" sign In the middle of road.
•   Take Sharp Left [there Is a B&B sign]also another sign saying Hollywell,East Parks.& Nafferton]
•   Continue down Lane Turn Left Between 2 Oak Trees where there is another B&B sign follow Lane along to Farm House
